How do I purchase a system?
Payment terms are 50% down, 50% upon completion, prior to ship. Full payment is required prior to ship. CES terms and conditions apply.

What is the time between when I order the system and when it ships?
If we do not have stock at our main factory or distributor locations, then typically 6 weeks from receipt of down payment for SprayVap and 4 weeks for Triple X-Tract Cart. Please contact our sales department at 1.800.513.5560 for exact lead times and customization options.

Is training included?
Yes. We provide training on site at time of install for all SprayVaps, which is included in purchase price. ShortPath training is available at an additional per person basis. Training is conducted by a Certified Colorado Extraction Systems Trainer and a course certificate is issued to all operators who satisfactorily complete the training session. Additional courses in extraction, shortpath, and crystallization are taught at our facility in Wheat Ridge, CO.
